Privacy Policy

EmpireCalc (https://empirecalc.com) is built to respect your privacy. We do not require accounts, we do not sell personal data, and every calculator runs entirely in your browser — the numbers you enter are never transmitted to our servers.

1. What we collect

• Calculator inputs: processed locally in your browser and reflected in the page URL so you can bookmark or share a result. They are not sent to or stored by us.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate, anonymized usage (pages viewed, device type, approximate region). IP addresses are anonymized by Google.
• Affiliate links: some outbound links are affiliate or lead-generation links. If you click and transact with a partner, that partner — not us — collects whatever data their own policy describes.

2. Consent (EU/UK/Switzerland)

We implement Google Consent Mode v2. If you visit from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage are denied by default until you accept via our cookie banner. You can decline and still use every tool. Visitors elsewhere are tracked by default and may opt out at any time by clearing site data.

4. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data and to withdraw consent. Because we do not maintain user accounts or store calculator data, most requests are resolved by clearing your browser's cookies and local storage. For anything else, contact us below.

5. Third parties

• Google Analytics — usage measurement. See Google's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery; may process request metadata for security.
